Whey for Small Intestine

This is an abstract of a book, written by Dr. Koichiro Fujita, major in parasitology and immunology. There is no English translation available…He says if you want to get slim, you need to reduce “fat bacteria” in your intestines. He introduces how-to of reducing “fat bacteria” and increasing “slim bacteria”. Here, I picked up taking of “whey” protein.

Whey protein is a yellowish liquid that easily found when you eat plain yogurt. There always some yellowish liquid appears as you eat along. This is the “whey” protein. Whey is rich in protein without any fat. Whey protein stimulates secretion of hormone called incretin, which slows absorption of nutrients by small intestine. This means that glucose sugar would not be absorbed as soon as digested but gradually. It would prevent or good for diabetes and also become inefficient in transformation of fat from glucose. If absorption of glucose become slow and gradual, your body become lack in energy. It’s the time to use excess fat of the body letting you loose weight.

Therefore, I take whey everyday, made from plain yogurt. After whey is taken, there will be residue of yogurt, very creamy white. I make dessert from this yogurt for my family. I will introduce such desserts as well.

It’s very easy to take whey out of yogurt. Prepare container. Place kitchen paper like “Bounty” and put yogurt. Store in the fridge. Pour whey into a cup and drink as you find whey in the container. After 3 days, whey is almost gone and ready to make dessert.

You can find yellowish liquid. This is whey.
Store in the fridge. After 3 days, yogurt become this small.
Yogurt has become creamy white. Ready to make dessert.
