Corn Soup-Chinese Style

This is a Chinese style corn soup. Good soup is taken from chicken wings and Chinese flavor is added by Chinese soup stock(granules).

Ingredients
Water             1,000 ml
Chicken wings          3pcs
Ginger             10g
Japanese leek          1pc (green part only)
Canned corn (cream style)     1pc
Whole corn           100g
Chinese soup stock (granules)   5g
Salt               5g
Sake              5㏄
Pepper              as needed
Starch              1Tbs (mix with 3Tbs of water)
Egg               2pcs

How to cook
1. Boil water in a pan. Add green part of a Japanese leek, chicken wings, and sliced ginger. Boil for 10-15 mins. Remove bubbles.
2. Take out leeks, ginger and chicken wings. Separate meat and born of the chicken wings. Add canned corn and mix well. Add whole corn. Cook for a while.
3. Add salt, pepper, sake, and Chinese soup stock.
4. Add mixed starch and water. Cook until the soup gets thickened a little.
5. Add beaten eggs like string while continuously mix with ladle.
6. Put back chicken meat.

Boil water, ginger, leeks, and chicken wings for 10-15 mins.
Take out ginger, leeks, and chicken. Add canned corn and whole corn.
Add salt, pepper, and Chinese soup stock. Add mixture of starch and water. Cook until soup thickens.
Add beaten eggs.
Separate chicken meat and born. Put meat back in a soup.
