Vermicelli Salad (Chinese style)

This is a cold dish, eaten like salad. Although this is a Chinese dish, very popular at Japanese homes. Perhaps the taste has been arranged for Japanese.

Ingredients
Vermicelli   40g
Cucumber   1pc
Ham slices   40g
Egg      1pc
<Dressings>
Soya-bean sauce  30ml
Vinegar      45ml
Sugar       15g
Sesame oil     15ml
Chicken stock    5g (granules or powder. Chinese style)

How to cook
1. Boil vermicelli for 3mins. Cut to 10cm in length.
2. Cut cucumber and ham into thin sticks. Make thin crepe of plain egg, and then cut into thin sticks.
3. Mix ingredients of dressings in a bowl. Marinate with cucumber, vermicelli, ham, and egg. Store in a fridge for an hour before eating.

Cut cucumber, ham, and eggs into thin sticks. Make sure to make them same size.
This vermicelli needs to boil for 3 mins. Cut into 10cm length.
Marinate with dressings. Store in a fridge for an hour.
This is a Chinese style chicken stock in granules.
