Wild salmon are sold at supermarkets during autumn season. They are caught at river so they should be cooked. Fried salmon is one of my favorite fried fish. Other than wild salmon, “sawara”, a kind of mackerel, or porgy are good to fry. By using gluten free breadcrumbs, the dish become gluten free.
Ingredients
Wild salmon
Rice powder
Breadcrumbs
egg
salt
peppers
oils
How to cook
1. Remove bones from fish and cut into pieces.
2. Salt and pepper all over the fish.
3. Put rice powder on each piece, then soak in a beaten egg, and then breadcrumbs.
4. Fry at 180C of oil.
