Crystallized Ginger

Ginger warms your body and helps movements of stomach and intestines. It is also good for stresses. Crystallized ginger can be taken by adding them in a tea or biscuits. Of course, this ginger can be eaten as it is and makes you feel like you have taken a medicine.

Ingredients
Ginger          150g
Sugar           105g (70% of ginger)

How to cook
1. Peel skins of ginger and weigh.
2. Slice thinly and soak in a water for 30mins.
3. Boil, change water, and then boil again. Boil 3 times.
4. Put boiled ginger in a pan and add sugar. High flame until water comes out from ginger, and then low flame until all the water is gone. Stir regularly.
5. Spread out on the cooking sheet.
