“Goma-ae” is a vegetable dish, marinated with sweetened sesame. Sesame is very nutritious that contains proteins, carbo-hydrates, unsaturated fat, fibers, vitamins of E, B1, B2, B3, and B6, and minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, cupper and zinc.
Sesame mix can be marinated with vegetables like spinach, green beans, asparagus, and other green vegetables. Sesame can be both plain or black.
Ingredients
Sesame 25g (grounded)
Sugar 2Tbs
Salt 1/2tbs
Soya-bean sauce 1Tbs
Mirin 3/4Tbs (or sake 1/2Tbs + sugar 1/2tbs)
How to cook
Mix all the ingredients and marinate with boiled vegetables.
